She serves on the Kansas Contractors Association Board of Directors and has been with MJE for 19 years, holding a master’s degree from Kansas State.

Justin’s day might be filled up with designing, communication and management at the Montezuma office or it could be in his truck on the way to on-site project management of feedyard or dairy constructions. Away from work, he serves in leadership positions on the USD 371 Board of Education and at his local church.

She is responsible for all recruitment needs, hiring processes and our safe working conditions. Shannon’s a member of the National Safety Council and the Society for Human Resource Management.

His prior experience at a trucking company has come in handy, as he coordinates MJE’s haul trucks to make sure job sites have necessary equipment to keep projects moving.

Larry’s been around livestock all of his life and has designed and sold equipment for more than 20 years. That carried over to his free time, being a rodeo clown and bullfighter for 18 years. Larry currently helps design equipment that makes cattlemen’s jobs safer and more efficient for their livestock.
