A lifelong member of the MJE family, Aaron has worked in every aspect of the company, gaining operational knowledge and a hands-on perspective to drive customer satisfaction. Aaron’s known for his uncompromising dedication to delivering quality products and projects, giving clients good reason to return.

Heather deftly balances two demanding full-time jobs of mother and business owner, serving as the company’s chief estimator while supervising marketing and financials. She serves on the Kansas Contractors Association Board of Directors and has been with MJE for 19 years, holding a master’s degree from Kansas State.

Justin’s day might be filled up with designing, communication and management at the Montezuma office or it could be in his truck on the way to on-site project management of feedyard or dairy constructions. Away from work, he serves in leadership positions on the USD 371 Board of Education and at his local church.

The daughter of small-business owners, Chrissy gained experience managing finances and allocation at companies in northeast Kansas before returning home to the southwest part of the state. She’s been an integral part of MJE’s success and expansion since joining the company 11 years ago, overseeing its accounting.

Shannon joined MJE in 2016 as director of human resources and safety, with expertise in HR management and decision-making. She is responsible for all recruitment needs, hiring processes and our safe working conditions. Shannon’s a member of the National Safety Council and the Society for Human Resource Management.

Jill knows every project is different and has its own challenges to tackle. But her accounting and estimating experience delivers detailed quotes to customers with consistency in explanation and pricing, incorporating custom designs and specific requirements. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Kansas State and a master’s degree from Friends University.

Jeff works with project superintendents to ensure tasks are managed, schedules are met, and jobs are getting built to plan and budget. His prior experience at a trucking company has come in handy, as he coordinates MJE’s haul trucks to make sure job sites have necessary equipment to keep projects moving.

Aaron grew up in the small town of Bendena, in the northeast corner of Kansas, and has been with MJE for 10 years. As a project manager, he ensures MJE’s work is of superior quality and on time, fitting the needs of its customers and addressing any issues that may arise on site.

Larry’s been around livestock all of his life and has designed and sold equipment for more than 20 years. That carried over to his free time, being a rodeo clown and bullfighter for 18 years. Larry currently helps design equipment that makes cattlemen’s jobs safer and more efficient for their livestock.

Hayden brings extensive experience in construction management and site development, ensuring projects are executed with precision and efficiency. His expertise in project coordination and commitment to quality make him a valuable asset to the MJE team.

Joe’s hands-on experience with repairing and maintaining equipment began at an early age, growing up on a farm in northwest Kansas. He joined MJE 12 years ago after working with farm equipment dealers and dirt contractors. Away from MJE he enjoys woodworking, riding trails and spending time with his family.

Ryan oversees the maintenance and optimization of the company’s extensive fleet, ensuring peak performance and reliability. His expertise in equipment management and logistics keeps MJE’s operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Annie might be the first voice MJE customers hear or the first face they meet. Her interaction sets the tone for the outstanding service customers can expect, and she delivers it with a smile. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and being an active member of her church.

Debbie’s eye for detail has been an asset in her more than 20 years’ worth of accounting experience. She joined our team two years ago, and has kept our numbers and figures on track ever since. When the she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and watching movies.

Sandy keeps projects organized and on track by handling the paperwork for each job in the office. Working with project managers, she enters, codes and pays invoices to ensure the financial side of MJE has as strong a foundation as its construction projects. She also speaks Spanish, delivering an additional service to customers.

Through her words and event-planning, Megan helps tell the story of MJE, highlighting her coworkers’ successes and showcasing their big ideas. An avid reader, she has always been interested in the power of writing, through marketing or journalism. She’s heavily active in her community and area chambers of commerce.

Jackson combines analytical expertise with industry knowledge to deliver precise cost estimates and data-driven insights. His attention to detail and strategic approach help optimize project planning and execution for MJE's clients.

Abe is a licensed drone pilot who utilizes advanced aerial mapping and surveying technology to deliver precise site data for construction projects. His expertise enhances project accuracy, efficiency, and planning, ensuring MJE stays at the forefront of innovation.

Gabriel specializes in precise site measurements and mapping to support construction planning and development. His expertise in surveying ensures accuracy and efficiency in every project, laying the groundwork for successful builds.

Edgar Andazola, Field Project Engineer at MJE, LLC, serves as an on-site project manager and troubleshooter, ensuring seamless execution of construction projects. His hands-on expertise and problem-solving skills keep operations efficient and on track from start to finish.

Miles ensures strict OSHA compliance and upholds the highest safety standards across job sites and the manufacturing facility. His commitment to workplace safety helps protect MJE’s team and maintain a culture of accountability and well-being.
