Field Luber

The Role

MJE, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Field Lubers. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our fleet of heavy equipment by performing essential lube/oil changes and routine maintenance.

Field Lubers work closely with our Diesel Mechanics, assisting them with fieldwork and ensuring that all equipment remains in peak working condition.

This role requires travel to job sites, so adaptability and a willingness to be on the move are key. Some basic knowledge of heavy equipment is required, but on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

Perform lube/oil changes and routine maintenance on heavy equipment

Assist Diesel Mechanics with maintenance and repairs

Maintain service records of all work performed

Ensure equipment is properly maintained to avoid downtime

Conduct inspections and report potential issues to the Diesel Mechanics

Maintain clean and organized work areas at job sites

Requirements

Must be willing to travel

Basic knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance & operations

Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to maintenance

Willingness to learn & receive on-the-job training

Ability to lift and carry equipment and parts as needed
