So along with the equipment to get the job done, MJE employs heavy equipment operators, diesel mechanics, lubers, and site supervisors with years of experience to ensure the work is completed with excellence. Our motto is “All-In,” and that’s how we approach everything we do. As a result, our clients rest easy knowing that our safe, skilled crews work hard every day to keep progress moving forward. 

Our talented diesel mechanics and lubers work as a team out in the field. Their primary jobs are to service and maintain our equipment but are poised and ready to repair as needed on the spot. There is no waiting for machines to be hauled back to headquarters for repairs – our crews are can jump in and work on the machines at the job sites.

Safety is priority #1 for our heavy equipment operators. Understanding how to operate the equipment safely and how to use it efficiently is foundational for MJE heavy equipment operators. Site supervisors with years of experience work alongside seasoned operators and new hires to ensure everyone is working safely and precisely.
